Applying for Completion Certificates in Noida Now Goes Digital

In a move that can significantly streamline the real estate industry in Noida, the allottees will be able to avail the online process for obtaining completion certificates. Besides, allottees in the city from different categories will be able to self-assess any possible breach of rule when it comes to the building plan. Accordingly, they will be able to shell out the compounding charges online to the Noida Authority. This is applicable for all the allottees in Noida, including the commercial, residential, and institutional ones. The authority has come up with a robust online mechanism for the same, which will significantly streamline the tasks.

With this, the property allottees will be able to evaluate the infringements of building plan norms. In the past, only industrial and residential allottees could get access to online facilities. Presently, the authority has extended this opportunity of online services to group housing societies, institutional, and commercial allottees.

The officials of the authority have stated that in Noida, more than 1,600 allottees have already sought certifications for completion. Presently, just 21 applications are left with the authority to be assessed. The authorities have asked the applicants to furnish their pending documents so that they can get the completion certificate.

The CEO of Noida Authority has stated that the body will issue online certificates to the applicants within 90 days, considering the submissi0on date of the application. The authority will also consider the report of infringement that the allottees submit. This will accompany the original plan before the certificate is issued. Now onwards, a digital certificate will be used for issuing the certificate. In case there are any alerts, they will be sent to the allottees through their respective mobile numbers that have been registered with the authorities.
