Fourth edition of Trump Towers launched in Gurgaon with 258 flats

At the onset of the New Year 2018, Gurgaon witnessed the launch of India's fourth Trump Towers project after Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. The skyline of the city will now get a landmark, with the name of the American president on it. This is one of the most prominent of the real estate projects in Gurgaon. Licensed by Trump Organization, the company owned by Donald Trump, the project was launched in the city and the estate promises exotic amenities to the residents.

However, Trump Organization will not invest in this project. It is a collaboration between M3M, an NCR-based real estate company and Mumbai-based Tribeca Developers. The residential complex will come up on a 60-acre land on Golf Course Road Extension. The estate will have 258 towers, with prices ranging between INR 5 crores to INR 10 crores.

The flats will be housed in two towers and it will be taller than the other projects in the area. The estimated height of the structure is likely to be 200 metres, while the other buildings in the area are of 170 metres, on an average. The Trump brand name will be embedded in the towers, and the license will be developed by the Trump Organization, led by Donald Trump Jr, the son of the American president.

Once complete, the Trump Towers will become one of the most prestigious addresses of the city due to its beautiful architecture, stunning interiors and lavish amenities. The first project of Trump Tower was undertaken in Pune. Going by the size, the tower in Mumbai is the largest. The one in Gurgaon will be second in terms of size. The Trump India residential projects in Pune and Mumbai had been launched before Donald Trump was elected President. The project in Kolkata was launched in 2017; however, the deals of the project were signed prior to the election. After the election, Trump Organization has announced that it will not launch any further projects outside the United States.

The total investment for Trump Towers Gurugram is estimated to be INR 1200 crores. The towers will cover 11 acres of land, facing a 9-hole golf course. Twenty apartments of the tower have already been booked, and investors from various parts of the country are interested in buying these exotic homes. The living rooms in the apartments will be 22-foot high, delivering a grand living experience to the residents. The residential complex will have a wide range of amenities, including a spa, a temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool, a fine-dining restaurant and a spa.
