The President of CREDAI in Pune stated that considering the number of properties sold, the market in Pune has undergone almost 8% growth. In the last 18 odd months, there have been several crucial developments in the real estate sector. Besides, situations have comparatively improved amidst the pandemic and crisis. Low interest rates on home loans, timely vaccination, and benefits for women on stamp duty removal have worked in favour of the industry.

In the festive season, the developers are looking forward to capitalize on the positive sentiments of the buyers. The real estate builders have also reported of genuine enquiries that they have been receiving in recent months. With the deals and discounts available to customers, they are more likely to convert.
