China's largest commercial property developer, Dalian Wanda Group headed by Chinese billionaire Wang Jianlin will be investing $10 billion in developing an industrial park project in India. Spanning over 13 sq km the project will be the biggest of its kind and will house companies ranging across sectors including technology, software, automobile and more. Construction of the 'Wanda Industrial New City' will begin this year.
