-Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural concepts & translate them into detailed designs and construction drawings.
-Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project feasibility, gather data, and identify potential challenges or constraints.
-Prepare and present design proposals, including 2D/3D visualizations, to stakeholders for review and approval.
-Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers, MEP engineers, and landscape architects, to integrate their designs into the overall project plan.
-Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements throughout the design and construction phases.
-Participate in project meetings, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the decision-making process to ensure project success.
-Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
-Review contractor submittals, respond to requests for information (RFIs), and provide clarification and guidance during the construction phase.
-Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
-Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and construction.
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
-Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design principles.
-Excellent design and visualization skills, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively through sketches, drawings, and presentations.
-Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in India.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Good communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
-A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within given timelines.
