Commercial realty market is witnessing and upward trend.

Leading Business Media publications like Economic Times, Zee Business and Business Standard have covered the NCR-Commercial Report by 360 Realtors in detail. The report said that as per its estimates, commercial market will take a V-curve and return to normalcy by Q4, 2020. The report also quoted Mr. Ajay Rakheja, National Head- 360 Commercial, who said that the current demand is mostly emanating from BFSI, FMCG, wellness & healthcare, consulting, etc.
