Kolkata R & R the celebration of achievement for Q1 FY 24 -25

Awards and recognition are important part of Life@360 Realtors. We strongly believe that one’s success can’t always be defined in terms of monetary gains. While, financial rewards are highly important in one’s life, it is also important that the efforts are recognized publicly in the form of formal awards & recognition. It helps in boosting the moral, nurtures confidence, and instils a feeling of being appreciated.

Timely awards also help in developing strong sense of team spirit and a sense of working together towards bigger goals. It is also important for setting up the right benchmarking in the organization.

Keeping the importance of awards in mind, recently we have conducted award function at our Kolkata branch. All the performers who displayed remarkable work ethics and achieved commendable targets, were given awards by our team. The event was attended not just by the Kolkata Branch Head, but also by our National Sales Head, Mr. Raju Singh Dham.

Since we are a sales-based organization, revenue figures are a key criterion in deciding the list of awardees. However, we also consider other parameters such as work ethics, commitment, critical thinking etc. to make the award show more balanced.
