In an exclusive story on 2020’s Real Estate market by India Infoline, Mr. Ankit Kansal (Founder & MD- 360 Realtors) threw some incisive inputs. He said that the Black Swain event affected real estate demand as the slump in business activities weighted on the overall economy. However, with the suspension of lockdown market started reviving, leading to a full-fledged resurgence in the last quarter. “Sales has jumped by 75-85% in most of the major markets in the previous quarter and the industry is set for a strong bounce back in 2021” Mr. Kansal further added.
