The white paper by 360 Realtors commercial on the future of IT/ ITeS leasing has been published in Outlook India. Mr. Ankit Kansal (Founder & MD) 360 Realtors has been quoted that post-COVID, many IT companies will move to more affordable Grade – B & C destinations from Grade- A locations. Mr. Kansal further said that there is a likelihood of space allocation for individual employees to be increased to 80-90 Sq. Ft from the current standards of 30-40 Sq. Ft to maintain social distancing.
