Whitefield: It is an IT hub and one of the most expensive residential areas in the city housing many residential apartments as well as leisure facilities in the form of mini townships. Developing at a rapid pace, the charm and luxury of this locality are incomparable and that is what makes it a home to many top-level professionals of the various companies. The area has a wide range of housing options in all budgets varying from gated complexes to 1, 2, 3 BHK apartments to luxurious villas. It provides excellent connectivity to the major locations of the city via its ORR and Peripheral Road through all means of transport and has top educational institutions, proximity to commercial offices besides offering great infrastructural facilities.
Anekal: This area lies in South Bangalore and has planned layouts in the form of residential areas, villas, villa plots, and mini townships. Offering excellent connectivity to the main city of Bangalore via 4 lane highways it is an area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several commercial projects, entertainment complexes and educational institutions coming up in this area so the property prices are expected to rise at Anekal.
Sarjapur Road: This area lies close to the prime locations of the city namely Whitefield, Electronic City, Koramangala, Marathahalli and Outer Ring road and is easily approachable through all means of transport. The area has a wide range of residential properties varying from 2,3BHK flats to apartments and villas with the property prices varying accordingly.
